Principal & Founder
Our principal, Rodney Gould, is a California and Michigan licensed attorney who has been practicing law since 1991. He began his career as a civil prosecutor in mail fraud cases for the United States Postal Service in Washington, DC. He litigated in federal district courts throughout the country, establishing a name for himself as an aggressive litigator. He then served with distinction at the Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. After leaving government service, he has provided legal services to some of the nation’s largest companies including MCI, Bank of America, USAA and Starbucks.
He has appeared in Superior Courts all over the state of California in probate matters and he has successfully litigated appeals in multiple Courts of Appeal through the state as well.
Mr. Gould, a native of Michigan, earned a bachelor’s degree from Eureka College, Eureka, Illinois and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College Of Law, Urbana, Illinois.
Mr. Gould is an active member of his community. He serves or has served on the boards of AIDS Project Los Angeles, Project Angel Food, Eureka College, National City Christian Church Foundation, Disciples Seminary Foundation, Christian Church Homes of Northern California, and First Christian Church of North Hollywood.
